Kiana Johnson has over 5 years of experience in the Dental Field as a Certified and Licensed Dental Assistant. During her time in the Dental Field she has immersed herself fully into become the best team member she can be. She has worked at many different offices through temping and has had full time jobs as well where she has fulfilled different roles apart from Dental Assisting within the Practice. To name a few: OSHA Manager, Radiation Safety Manager, Social Media and Marketing Manager, Patient Service Representative, and Lead Dental Assistant. Her favorite dental procedures to assist the Doctor with are Cosmetic Restorations such as Composite Fillings, Crowns, and Veneers.

She loves absolutely everything about Dentistry. She understands that dental is a customer service industry. She enjoys making real connections and relationships with both patients and team members. She is very familiar with the way a Dental Practice runs - there are many different parts that contribute to the Practice's authenticity and excellence! She believes in a 5 star patient experience and knows it starts before the patient is even in the office. Yes you guessed it! It all starts online with your website and social media. When she is not working in the Dental Office or on her Company, she enjoys spending time with her little family of three. Kiana has one 6 month old daughter, Nevaeh, with her husband, Joshua. Kiana wants to show her beautiful baby with hard work and determination she can do anything.
